Australia has defeated India way more than India has defeated — both in India and Australia. India’s record is particularly extremely poor when playing in Australia. Here are the stats, of India while playing Australia
TEST RECORD
overall — 68 played, 15 wins, 32 losses, 20 draws.
in India — 36 played, 11 win, 12 loss, 12 draw
in Australia – 32 played, 4 win, 20 loss, 8 draw
ONE DAY RECORD
overall — 90 played, 29 win, 55 loss, 6 no result
in India — 37 played, 14 win, 19 loss, 4 no result
in Aus. — 30 played, 6 win, 24 loss
neutral ave. — 23 played, 9 win, 12 loss, 2 no result
Everywhere India has been beaten by Australia. In Australia only 6 out of 30 one day India won, & only 4 out of 32 tests won. India is still in single digits, as far as number of wins goes in Australia.

What make them think India will win this time?
i feel India may really be stronger now than it was in the past, since thats what a lot of answerers say. I agree with that.
But not sure if its strong enough to win series in Australia.

the thing is—whatever anyone who’s not on the pitch thinks has NO effect on the match whatsoever….so it really doesnt matter.
Now that that’s out of the way, the answer to your question is BIAS!

as if all the others are animals hahahahaha

Can any person admit his or her country will lose? Its never easy to do that, regardless of what the reality is.
For example a man loves a woman a lot and he knows he will never get her but can he admit that? He will still hope and dream that the woman becomes his.

You are highlighting only the answers of a few Indians who give exaggerated opinions with a view to boost their confidence though they too must be aware of the reality.
Have you not seen the views of many Indians who display a balanced view.

I agree that many people are biased toward their own country, and that’s how it should be. But lying to yourself & others is getting a tad ridiculous. I refer to Huthigay putha’s comments where he/she states in rambling nonsense that Sreesanth is ‘better than Lee’, RP Singh is better than McGrath, Dhoni better than Gilchrist & Dravid better than Ponting.If you check the ICC site for the new rankings, you will find Ponting at no1, Dravid is not in the top 10 for either the test or ODI matches, Lee is in the top ten of both, Sreesanth is NOT.In the top 100, Gilchrist is no.16 & Dhoni is 39. So there you have a good example of how someone can lie to themself as Huthigay has.
australia is way stronger than india. india have bad records everywhere. it’s juss now that they gotten a lil good.
